StyleAI

AI commerce infrastructure for mid-market retailers. StyleAI combines deep brand personalization with AI product discovery and agentic commerce tools to increase contribution margins and AI-native demand.

What I did

Set the vision, product strategy, and operating model of an AI-native startup building a multi-agent system for AI-driven discovery.

Structured the GTM strategy and the pre-seed round. Keynote speaker at MLOps Community, AFW, WAiR, Biz Riz on agentic commerce.

Web3 infrastructure for the digital content economy. A modular blockchain protocol to help digital creators manage their Intellectual Property rights, along with AI-driven tools to help creators maximize content monetization.

What I did

Led the economic design of a blockchain protocol: incentive systems, payment infrastructure, DAO transition strategy, and its tokenomics model.

Defined the GTM strategy, structured partnerships, and led the creator onboarding to Watchit, our Web3 video platform.

Structured the Seed Fundraising round. Built operating model: OKRs, coordination across Product, Legal, Business.
